How can I pay for parking?

Parking services can be paid for in several ways: by sending an SMS message, buying a kiosk ticket, using a parking meter, concluding an agreement on the preferential use of parking spaces for qualified users, and through the Digital Kiosk mobile application.

Can I use special parking lots with a preferential ticket?

By signing the contract on preferential parking, the user gets the privilege of using free parking spaces in Zone I or II, clearly marked with vertical and horizontal signage. Each separate parking lot has its own item in the price list, with a precisely stated price for the use of that specific parking lot.

How long is the academic parking time?

Academic parking time begins 15 minutes from the moment your licence plates are loaded into the system.

How do I qualify for a discount for your services?

A one-time payment for an annual preferential ticket entitles you to a discount in the amount of 20%, while the right to a discount in the amount of 50% for previously registered supplementary tickets is realized by concluding the contract itself.

Where can I pay for an supplementary tickets?

The additional parking ticket can be paid at the Ltd. Parking service Ulcinj cash desk at the address Bulevar Đ.K. Skenderbeg, our branch at Hafiz A. Ulqinaku and by payment to one of our giro accounts via post office, bank or online banking. When making a payment, as a call to the number, it is necessary to specify licence plates or order number.

Is there a parking fee during the weekend?

During the tourist season (June - September), payment is made everyday. During the winter regime (October - May), payment is made on weekdays and Saturdays until 2 p.m.
